Carol Brinegar

Carol is a native of West Virginia and graduate of Marshall University where she earned a master’s degree in speech language pathology. Beginning her career providing therapy services to adults with neurological deficits, Carol found her passion for working with seniors. She has held roles of Speech Language Pathologist, Director of Rehabilitation Services, Director of Healthcare Admissions, and Executive Director. Carol was also Senior Director of Operations for New Construction at Atlas Senior Living, Salta Capital’s affiliate company.

Carol is detail-oriented, relying on her extensive experience as an operator and healthcare professional for community design and construction. She has managed multimillion-dollar and routine renovations as well as construction of new communities from groundbreaking.
